3、 Product features:

1. The process is standardized and the results are accurate: the test process, conditions and results of moisture, ash and volatile matter meet the requirements of the national standard, without correction, and can be used for arbitration analysis.

2. The test speed is extremely fast: the test can be carried out immediately after the machine is turned on, and the multi-furnace double-balance structure is adopted with a constant temperature drying device. The three indicators of moisture, ash and volatile matter can be measured in any combination or separately. The three indicators of 20 samples can be tested in 90 minutes at the same time (fast method).

High degree of automation: adopt advanced computer real-time communication technology and adaptive control technology, integrate high-precision imported electronic balance into the instrument, combine with automatic weighing mechanism, adopt thermogravimetric analysis, automatic sample weighing, automatic sample sending, automatic data processing, result calculation, report printing and storage, and realize unattended.

4. Simple and safe operation: during the test, there is no need to take and place the crucible cover, send samples and take samples. At the same time, the imported air cylinder is used to automatically control the switch of the upper cover of the water and ash parts to avoid the risk of high temperature radiation and scald.

5. Accurate temperature control: the temperature field is evenly distributed in the circular well type high temperature furnace. The optimized process avoids the phenomenon of temperature field disturbance caused by frequent opening of furnace door under the working mode of the assembly line. The advanced PID temperature control algorithm ensures the control accuracy of 1 ℃.

6. It has the function of power-off and restart: after the instrument is powered off for a short time, it can resume the last test after power-on, without scrapping all the last sample tests.

7. Thermobalance weighing technology: a single sample tray does not need to move the sample back and forth between the combustion tray and the weighing tray frequently, and the blank crucible is used for calibration under the same atmosphere to avoid the weighing error caused by inconsistent crucible temperature in the pipeline mode; Various weighing methods are available.

8. Strong adaptability: the silent air compressor can be selected to provide compressed air to drive the pneumatic device and combustion-supporting, without relying on any bottled gas.
