1、 Scope of application:

This instrument is applicable to the detection of moisture, ash and volatile matter of coal, coke, solid biomass fuel, solid/hazardous waste and other substances, as well as the calculation of their fixed carbon and calorific value.

3、 Product features:

1. It is applicable to all kinds of coal, coke and ore, and uses a special high-temperature furnace to test the volatiles, completely simulating the process of national standard test volatiles.

2. The test crucible is special. The volume, heat transfer speed and pressure of the crucible are the same as those of the national standard crucible. It ensures that the volatile content test results fully comply with the requirements of GB/T212-2008, and is completely consistent with the classical test results. It overcomes the defect that the volatile content test results of the previous industrial analyzer cannot fully comply with the national standard.

3. Ash and volatile matter are tested in different furnaces at the same time. During the process, it is not necessary to replace the crucible or remove the cover. After the coal sample is placed, the results of moisture, ash, volatile matter and fixed carbon can be obtained automatically and unattended in time and quickly. It overcomes the defects that the working mode of the assembly line cannot be tested at the same time, and all industrial analysis results cannot be obtained in time, and the crucible needs to be replaced or the lid needs to be uncovered during the process.

4. With high performance, there is no manipulator or other crucible plane moving device, and the crucible will not be dropped or damaged during transmission.

5. Four sample sending rods are used for volatile and ash testing, and four samples are sent to 900 ℃ or 850 ℃ high temperature furnace at the same time, which speeds up volatile and ash testing.

6. The two test methods can be set by the user at will, including the arbitration method and the fast method of the national standard, and can also be set by the user at will. The water and ash content of 24 samples in the rapid method is completed in 90 minutes; Volatile matter shall be sampled in strict accordance with the national standard for 7 minutes; The water and ash content of 24 samples in the national standard arbitration method shall be completed in 150 minutes. The three indicators of moisture, volatile matter and ash can be combined and measured independently, which can meet the time requirements of different customers

7. The thermobalance and thermogravimetric analysis technology are calibrated with an empty crucible under the same atmosphere, which ensures the accuracy of weighing, and solves the technical problems of ineffective calibration of the empty crucible, different temperatures of the crucibles coming out successively, and inaccurate weighing.

8. The experiment can be carried out without nitrogen, and the compressor pump gas or oxygen ash can be used to support combustion.

9. Circular high temperature furnace, with more uniform and stable temperature distribution, solves the technical problem of uneven and unstable furnace temperature caused by frequent opening of furnace door in the working mode of assembly line.

10. Fiber high-temperature furnace has small heat capacity, fast heating and cooling speed, short continuous test time for multiple batches, good heat preservation effect and significant energy saving.

11. The front of the instrument adopts a large LCD screen to display the process and status directly. Even if the computer and the instrument are not in the same room, it will not affect the use. At the same time, it improves the convenience in the weighing process and makes the weighing value more in line with the national standard.

12. With the software self-detection function, the stability of the instrument will not be affected by the error of the photoelectric sensor, and the humanized prompt function will be added.

13. The compressed air station is optional to adapt to users who cannot replace nitrogen.
