2. Before using the oxygen bomb, check whether there is air leakage. The air pressure of the oxygen cylinder should be greater than 5MP, the output should be 3MP, and the oxygen filling time should be more than 30 seconds

3. When adding ignition wire to the oxygen bomb, pay attention that the ignition wire should not protrude into the wall of the oxygen bomb and the bottom of the crucible to avoid short circuit and ignition failure. Wipe the bottom of the oxygen bomb before putting the oxygen bomb into the instrument each time

4. Calibration of the instrument: open the equipment property to check whether the column of "Heat value of benzoic acid" is consistent with the heat value of benzoic acid used. After modification (password 123), continuously calibrate the heat capacity (5). After the experiment is completed, check whether the heat capacity is calibrated successfully. Calibrate once every 3 months. Each time the oxygen bomb is replaced, the heat capacity also needs to be calibrated

5. Oxygen bomb number: the accessories of the oxygen bomb cannot be used in common, and the core, cover and bottom of the bomb are coded; AB oxygen bomb means that one equipment can be equipped with 2 oxygen bombs, and each oxygen bomb corresponds to a heat capacity that cannot be confused

6. Experiment content: heat capacity and calorific value. The heat capacity is selected during calibration, and the corresponding name is benzoic acid. The calorific value is selected during normal use

Generally, if the ignition fails in the experiment, put the oxygen bomb or use a multimeter to detect whether the ignition wire is fused and check whether there is voltage. "Water in the inner cylinder" draws water from the water tank to the outer cylinder and squeezes it to the inner cylinder. The inner cylinder is the part where the oxygen bomb is discharged. "Water in the inner cylinder" discharges water from the inner cylinder to the lower water tank. "Mixing in the inner cylinder" The propeller on the left side after the equipment cover is opened is the agitator, and whether the agitator rotates, Whether the rotation is smooth is also the key to the success of the ignition. Change the identifier. When the equipment cannot be connected or the serial port number is changed and the Enter/Exit Diagnostics used to replace the computer is entered, the above keys can be used. The test can only be started after the exit.
