1、 Instrument introduction
HDFL-6000 automatic fluorine and chlorine analyzer is widely used in the determination of fluorine and chlorine content in coal, coke and other combustibles in power, coal, cement and petrochemical industries. The precision of the instrument conforms to GB/T4633-2014 Method for Determination of Fluorine in Coal and GB/T3558-2014 Method for Determination of Chlorine in Coal.
2、 Functional characteristics of the instrument
● Full-automatic sample delivery system can effectively reduce the error caused by manual sample delivery.
● Strictly control the temperature to the national standard without manual intervention to improve the measurement accuracy.
● Automatic control of distiller, digital flow regulation, and water shortage alarm function.
● PID is used to control furnace temperature with high temperature control accuracy.
● Equipped with imported digital ion meter and precision automatic titrator. The titration speed and dosage are automatically controlled by the computer, and the results are automatically calculated to reduce human error.
● The computer program automatically collects various curves and measurement data, and automatically calculates and prints the measurement results.
