Technical features:
1) High reliability and good safety: infrared method uses characteristic spectrum to detect the concentration of sulfur dioxide. There is no chemical reaction in the analysis process after sample combustion, which improves the reliability of the instrument and reduces the failure rate. There is no need to prepare chemical reagents, which makes the work safer, and there is no need to add catalysts such as tungsten trioxide, to ensure the smooth gas path.
2) High precision and good stability: the characteristic spectrum of infrared method only has absorption effect on sulfur dioxide molecule, the test process is not affected by other gases, there is no chemical reaction, and the stability is good. At the same time, an automatic gas purging device and an air curtain are designed to ensure that they are not affected by external sulfur dioxide.
