1、 Arrival period of equipment

The normal time is five to seven working days.

2、 Equipment configuration

The company guarantees to provide good and undamaged equipment and accessories as well as detailed operation instructions.

3、 Installation and commissioning of equipment

After the arrival of the equipment, the company will send professional technicians to carry out on-site installation, commissioning and guidance, and be responsible for completing the installation, commissioning, experiment and operation of the equipment and related software under the organization and arrangement of the user.

4、 After-sales service of equipment

1. The warranty period of all equipment is two years. During the warranty period, except for the damage caused by human factors, all equipment will be guaranteed or replaced free of charge, and lifelong maintenance service and technical support will be provided.

2. After the warranty period, parts and components will only be charged for cost, and no additional maintenance service fee will be charged.

3. In case of equipment failure, substantive response and technical guidance shall be made within 1 hour after receiving the user's notice. If technicians are required to go to the site for treatment, they can arrive within one working day normally.

4. At least once a half year, the user will pay a return visit to provide technical services and technical support and carry out free equipment maintenance. Our company promises to serve you for life.

5. The company is responsible for the software update and upgrade of all equipment for free.
